Bill directs Novo's spiritual formation ministry, Imago Christi, which works to mobilize the Church in the love of Jesus. While ministering overseas, Bill discovered the need for a community to invite Christian leaders into a deepening and transforming relationship with the Triune God.

Imago Christi mentors Christian leaders in a Christ-likeness that reflects the intimacy Jesus shared with our Father, coaching them to follow Jesus in the transformation of the Church and its Mission, so that the love of God will overflow into a world longing for intimacy with God. 

As part of Imago Christi, Bill empowers leaders to minister more effectively and sustainably, as they pioneer new ground among the unreached and un-churched, or work with the poor and marginalized, or mobilize the Church for mission around the world. 

Bill is actively involved in mentoring and training leaders in the US, Canada, Russia, Kenya, South Korea, Singapore, and beyond!
